I'm an introverted extrovert and I'm terrible at making small talk, so I'll get right to it. I'll make the assumption that you're here because you love what you see, so I don't need to talk about my photography. You probably want to know who I am and what I'm all about!

I started photographing my children so I could freeze time and relive all their ages and stages, and so that they would have tangible proof of their childhood. (And if I'm being honest, my kids aren't always angels. And when I look at images where I see their personalities and innocence, it reminds me just how precious they really are). I realized that the more I notice their moments, the more I appreciate and live in the moment. And the more I photographed them, the more I wanted to share it with you!

I have photographed my own personal Day in the Life! The first one I did, in January 2017, documented just a typical day in our house. You can see it HERE. As you'll see, nothing extraordinary happened that day, but boy do I love looking at these images. They evoke emotions that I find difficult to put into words. It's just this feeling of flutters in my chest; I bet you know that feeling too. I want every Mom and every Dad and every child to be able to have images that tell the story of their parenthood and childhood, so they too can be lucky enough to relive their beautifully ordinary lives.

5 ways we do natural: (My family teases me about being crunchy, but it's something I naturally gravitate toward. I think what attracts me to living naturally is the same streak in me that has the passion for authentic, real, raw life).

We plant a vegetable garden every summer, I like to believe coconut oil is the cure-all, baby wearing is the bomb, I love hiking, boating and all outdoor activities, no food-dyes allowed in my house!

Australia, road tripping in an RV (preferably an airstream) through all the national parks, seeing the Aurora Borealis in Alaska, a gondola ride in Venice
