Collaboration. Travel journal by Mom and daughter.

After not having school for half a year, on our trip to Yellowstone National Park, in the summer of 2020, I wanted to encourage my children to keep up with their writing skills. I bought travel journals for all the kids and hoped they’d journal daily on our trip. Two kids left their journals at home, and the other one wasn't thrilled with the idea. Just the 5 year old who said, “I don’t know how to write, so I’ll draw” was very motivated to journal.

This is our collaboration of her drawings and my photos, journaling our trip.
